One-Year Warranty

The Distributor* of Zelnix branded products warrants to you, the original purchaser of this new Zelnix-branded product (“Product”), that the Product will be free of defects in the original manufacturer's material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of your purchase of the Product (“Warranty Period”).

To be eligible for this warranty, your Product must have been purchased online at www.zelnix.com in the United Kingdom, United States, or Canada and come with this warranty statement.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period is one year (365 days) from the day you bought the Product. The receipt you received with the Product includes your purchase date.

What does this warranty cover?

During the Warranty Period, if an authorized Zelnix repair center or store personnel determines that the original manufacture of the Product's material or workmanship is defective, Zelnix will (at its sole discretion): (1) repair the Product with new or rebuilt parts; or (2) replace the Product at no charge with new or rebuilt comparable products or parts. Products and components replaced under this warranty become Zelnix property and are not returned to you. If you require service on Products or components after the Warranty Period has expired, you must pay all labor and parts expenses. This guarantee is valid for the duration of your ownership of your Zelnix Product throughout the Warranty Period. If you sell or otherwise transfer the Product, your warranty coverage will end.

Warranty is included in your original receipt. Make certain that the Product is placed in its original packaging or packaging that offers the same level of protection as the original packing.
